In the classroom...As a teacher, I work with the developmental strengths of each child. I know that an enriched environment that is equipped with the necessary learning materials will help each child to reach their learning potential.
The children are offered healthy snacks daily, with a variety of choices to ensure that everyone gets a chance to eat what they like best. Their safety is assured by marked evacuation routes, and surfaces in classroom being sanitized in accordance with school standards. Fine motor skills are developed through a variety of scheduled activities that include cutting, writing and drawing. Gross motor skills are developed through indoor exercises and dance and outside playground time, also scheduled weekly physical education time. |
