21111 N. 19th Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85027 July 26, 2009 To whom it may concern: This letter is my personal recommendation for Sara Pollaro. I have known and worked with Sara as both her peer and her coach for more than 10 years. I found Sara to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assigned duties with dedication and a smile on her face. Sara has been a very dependable employee. She is committed to her work and has been a resource to others, both in technical matters and also matters that are a little more personal. Sara truly cares about the people she works with, this is evidenced by the way people interact with her and seek her out for advice both technical and otherwise. Sara was one of the key contributors on our team and was instrumental in training new employees and developing techniques that improved the processes with which she worked. I highly recommend Sara for any endeavor that she may be asked to undertake. She is a team player with demonstrated interpersonal, teaming, communication and leadership skills. Sara would be a great asset to any organization. Sincerely, Steve Logan, Workflow Coach, Honeywell Aerospace, Displays Assembly (602) 436-6686 |

Thank you for representing the CFS department and GCC so professionally! You Rock! Judy "I just wanted to tell you how much we are enjoying Sara Pollaro and Rachel Grover as they work alongside our Mom's Day Out teachers. They are a blessing to us and the children. Sara talked with me earlier this week about doing her preschool internship here during the spring semester. We would love to have her and have already picked out a teacher for her. If you have other interns of the same caliber who are looking for placements for spring, feel free to send them our direction. I look forward to seeing you when you come out to observe Sara and Rachel.
