Parent/Teacher Conference |
These classes guided me in writing about my previous observation and checklist of this child. The Parent/Teacher Conference that I documented and wrote about a child in my group can be placed under NAEYC Standard 3d. This document is based on an age appropriate check list and with a notes from a meeting that I attended with the lead teacher and the intervention specialist observer. Other input to the Parent/ Teacher Conference document comes from observation of the child at play that I participated in, as well as documenting his performance while doing required work in the classroom. It is the opinion of the observer and the lead teacher, that enough improvement was made by the modifications to the child’s daily routine, that the exercises for self-regulation will be continued.
